Mr. Lui, was appointed as executive Director of the Company on 9 April 2021. Mr. Lui obtained his Bachelor of Commerce degree from University of Toronto in 1995. Mr. Lui is also a charter holder of Chartered Financial Analyst since 2001. Mr. Lui has over 26 years of experiences in the securities and financial industry, serving various roles as financial analyst, responsible officer in brokerage house and asset management firms. Mr. Lui is a responsible officer of Socius Asset Management Limited, a company licensed to carry out Type 4 (advising in securities) and Type 9 (asset management) regulated activities under Securities and Futures Ordinance (Cap.571) (the “SFO”).
